Alumni for searchers operating?

Looking to know if there is some kind of Alumni for searchers operating a company post the acquisition. Ideally in the DACH region.
Any advices/recommandations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would also be interested if something like this exists. However, I am in North America but nonetheless, the insights from other searcher-CEOs would be great to hear.
