HAVE YOU COME ACROSS ALTERNATIVE SEARCHFUND CONCEPTS?

Most SearchFunds I see aim to buy a single company, run by the Searcher. 

Have you seen alternative SearchFunds, or do you have an opinion on such, as

1. A SearchFund for a roll-up
2. A SearchFund for a blind-pool (non-industry-specific)
3. A TurnAroundFund for an existing business
4. A SearchFund with any other alternative acquisition target objective

Curious to see how far this model stretches

Yes. The feedback I've received is take it one step at a time. Meaning, buy the first business and take it from there.

There's another term for a non specific industry search, I forgot what it was. Sort of like a conglomerate build strategy
