AI Tools for Financial Due Diligence?

IMO I'd act with quite a bit of caution using AI on DD. The point of DD is for the buyer to get under the hood properly, and really understand the business, its performance, risks, opportunities, etc. Much of that happens in going through the process as opposed to reading the report at the end.

The issue with AI diligence is the significant degree to which the raw data is unstructured or presented without context, especially in the lower-middle/micro markets. Without solving for those AI's usefulness remains minimal although its slowly getting there and can be helpful for inconsequential tasks. At this stage you shouldn't farm out anything to AI that you can't already do well yourself lest you risk subjecting yourself to hidden risk. However, were I to be selling a business I'd love to hear the buyer is heavily reliant on AI.
