Wondering what people are using on the daily either personally, in their search, or business. I recently purchased and use a Plaud for alot of meetings, but also discovered Wispr, wondering what people are using regularily? -Jordan

For me it’s Genspark. I use it to structure research, build memos, generate outreach sequences, and standardize templates across the search process. Beyond ChatGPT it’s been the most consistently useful tool in my workflow.

I would start to think about going beyond a chat interface and making more use of agent tools. I have access to gemini cli and claude code. I'll be looking at other tools as I go deeper down the rabbit hole. The power behind these tools is that they can easily act on or with other tools on your machine. For example, any system you have access to probably has an API. With an agent you can have the tool create code to pull data out of the system and save it to your machine in a way that you can make better use of. You can do the same with a chat interface, but then you are in the middle, copying and pasting. The agent tool can just do it. And it can check in with you, or run until it's done depending on your comfort level. A very small task example, I asked gemini to rename my screenshots based on the contents of the image. 100% accuracy on the small sample I tested. My collection of screenshots grows as I see things I want to save, but never get back to organizing them. The titles just had a date in the name. Now they are categorized and still have the date, and I can have gemini further organize these into groups of similar items.
