We tend to build custom apps now, so like many others we are moving away from SaaS. As long as the data sources are available and accessible then anything can be built. The diagram below are thoughts we had on this, however, other priorities came up and so its a project on the backlog. If someone wanted to put together a working group, then we could potentailly assist in the build. redacted

I have not done anything fancy. I have used a combination of gemini, claude and chat gpt to run wide search with gemini, verify and get depth on specifics through claude and I verify the results using chat Gpt. I put most of my effort in refining the prompts, choosing the model for the right task and double checking. It saved me from a potentially bad deal when the seller said, " oh, I was going to mention that in the disclosures " 48 hours from close day.
