I considered Claude/ChatGPT for getting quick questions answered during diligence, but that raises data privacy questions. Friend shared: https://www.probably.dev/ Data stays local, answers are verifiably correct, and you can upload context like CIMs. N.B. I realize this doesn't absolve you from doing your own analysis. It helps find spots to dive deeper.

Indeed, it seems to be on the MVP/Beta stage - wondering to know feedback from users. I'll test it but Clause and ChatGPT (and Perpelxity have gone a long way in the last 12 months)
