AI Business Plan generator for ETA?

I'm working on pulling together a business plan for a deal I have under LOI and have looked at several online tools that leverage AI like ProAi and UpMetrics. Many of the ones I've looked at seem more geared to start-ups and venture capital.

Has anyone found a really good Business Plan generator for ETA?

In my opinion - business plan (e.g. operating plan post close) requires significant specific context that AI isn't best suitable to provide meaningful insights. AI can give you answers that's good enough/not incorrect, a baseline that you build on top off, but not capable of generating business plan that's deeply insightful (at least for the time being ). For the consumer facing AI products, your outputs won't be vastly different between one another.

(We run an M&A diligence firm-AI enabled, and have been close with AI communities / various AI start ups)
