For the searchers running (or buying into) small B2B manufacturers — I built something for you While I was deep in the search for a manufacturing business to buy, I kept noticing the same pattern in every CS conversation: the customer service person was drowning in "Where is my order?" emails. Same question, every day, dozens of times — eating the time they should have been spending on real customer relationships. So I built an agent to handle it. It plugged into the ERP or accounting system, looked up the order, and drafted a complete answer back to the customer. The CS person went from buried to actually having time to think. It worked well enough that I packaged it up. It's called WISMO — Where Is My Order — and I'm making it available to the Searchfunder community first. What it does: Answers "where is my order?" emails accurately, on its own. Pulls from your ERP (Katana MRP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), QuickBooks Online, and/or Shipping software) to put together a complete answer — ship date, tracking, ETA. If it can't answer confidently, it escalates to your CS person with full context so they're never starting from scratch. Who it's for: Small B2B manufacturers with recurring customers who order via PO. If your CS team is fielding the same order-status question all day from the same 100–200 accounts, this is built for you.
