Has anyone evaluated the age at home / medical modifications industry? Would love to compare notes with anyone!

Before acquiring my company in 2016 I went to a franchise day at 101 Mobility which is in this space. I still think it's an interesting market due to demographics and my belief that most people would prefer to age in place vs. a senior living home. I was turned off by how complex each modification is, as you need to account for so many variables in each house. It's a lot more complex than other home services businesses like installing a standard HVAC or water heater and I thought it would be hard to find enough qualified installers to scale to the size I wanted.

Do not know a great deal about this space ^redacted‌. However, we have a medical staffing business paired with a private home care business. And, we've been asked about modifying a couple of homes already (only been doing the home care side of things since April 22). So, the need is there. And, I would definitely be interested in learning more about this space!
