Advisors for Canada/US Cross-Border Transaction

We’re working on an acquisition involving a Canadian parent company with a US subsidiary. Revenue is about evenly split between the two geographies. Hoping to find lawyers and/or tax advisors who have experience with Canada–US cross-border deals. If you’ve worked with someone you’d recommend, would appreciate any names or intros.

Wow! For a second, I thought I wrote this post. I literally just closed a deal a deal at the end of June. Very similarly, it’s a Canadian company that had a US subsidiary and EBITDA was almost the same on both sides of the border! There was a lot of complexity (legal, accounting, tax, operations, etc) due to it being cross border.
