Advice on finding Strategy & Ops roles?

I’m leaving the MBB consulting world in the D.C. are at the Associate Partner/Principal level, looking for Strategy & Operations roles to help drive the day-to-day operations and strategic priorities for , hopefully in the DMV.
Does anyone have advice on how to generate leads for those types of roles (or even open roles, especially if your fund / company needs someone . Also, thank you to the wonderful Andrea Crane at BigWin Talent for the referral to this community!
