Hi guys - I'm looking at a homecare deal in the western US. I'm relatively new to the industry and would love to speak to someone who has deeper experience to help me uncover blindspots. DM if you're open to chatting - I sincerely appreciate it!

Thanks for tagging me, ^redacted‌. I hope this is helpful: Did you see this? https://www.searchfunder.com/bvr/sector/360

You might get more help if you tell us why you’re pursuing something in an industry that you don’t know much about.

Have you thought about pursuing companies that fit your expertise and experience?

Have you talked to lenders to see what they’re going to expect from you to fund a deal you want to do if it doesn’t relate to your experience?

FYI you could study a small public company, Nova Leap (NLH.V), that's acquiring a portfolio of home care agencies, with a focus on dementia. I've met with CEO Chris (has CPA background). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dtHjn5yd3dk&ab_channel=SmallcapDiscoveries
