Hi, guys! I wonder what was your senior debt raising experience? Did you experience any difficulties with legal restrictions? Any tips how to overcome a legal prohibition of using ownership share of the target company as a collateral? Any recommendations who to work with in Central Europe? Thanks in advance! Rg, Peter
