We’re seeing the valuation gap narrow and more realistic sellers at the sub-£5m / sub-$10m level. Debt is still available for quality assets with stable cash flow, especially when combined with seller financing. For disciplined buyers with a clear playbook, A&D looks more attractive going into 2026 than it did in 2023 to 2024.
