Actively Searching in LA - Construction & Maintenance Industry

I began my self-funded search just over a month ago. I am actively searching to acquire a business with SDE between 250,000 and 750,000, located in the Los Angeles area. Preferably, this business will be in the construction & maintenance industry. The owner will be selling due to retirement.
