Hi Everyone, Excited to share that we’ve officially launched and are now investing out of ETA Funding Partners Fund I, a fund dedicated exclusively to backing self-funded searchers who need equity capital to close acquisitions. With the recent SBA rule changes, seller financing is no longer a viable source of the required 10% equity injection on many deals. That’s where we come in. ETA Funding Partners is built to fill that gap—with fast, flexible, and searcher-friendly capital. We’re actively deploying checks in the $200K–$400K range (with flexibility to go higher or lower) and aim to make 10–15 investments over the next year. We’re most interested in backing deals with: • $750K+ EBITDA • Recurring or contract-based revenue • Strong fundamentals in B2B services, home services, distribution, or light manufacturing If you’re a self-funded searcher under LOI or closing in on a deal, we’d love to connect. 📩 redacted | 🌐 www.etafunding.com
