Hi Imari, this expansion sounds exciting. It's great to see you have the financing already taken care of with SBA. So this may not be relevant for this acquisition once identified. However, we specialize in raising capital for lower middle market acquisitions, deal by deal. We raise debt and equity from HNWIs, FOs, & Institutional Capital.
