Acquisition with Self-Managing Business Intention run on EOS

I'm looking to connect with anyone that has done something similar:

- Wants to buy a business
- Wants to install an Operator on day 1
- Wants to implement EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Does not want to be in any of the day today, only attends high-level meetings and leaves them with no to-do tasks
- Stays in Visionary Role, only attends one weekly meeting with the leadership team, one monthly meeting with Operator/Integrator, 4 quarterly planning meetings, and one annual strategic meeting.

This is what I intend to do, because I have this experience with my current business. I'm also open to joint ventures with Owner/Operators who want what I have described above because I mentor other business owners to achieve this and I do that mentoring as a hobby now, looking to do it for equity in the future.

Love this vision! Having the right alignment for that operator will be really helpful. I'm not sure how you're structuring your current business, but a profit sharing plan or key man employee agreement would be helpful to establish expectations and align goals. I'd be happy to discuss this further.
