Role Overview
The Acquisition Outreach Manager is the operational hub of DealBuff. You’ll work closely with the CEO in Denver to run the daily execution of client campaigns, coordinate outreach workflows, maintain precision in data and messaging, and keep clients supported and informed.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, thoughtful, proactive, and wants experience with small business acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients
Provide weekly updates, deliverables, and campaign insights
Maintain clean documentation, timelines, and expectations
Outreach Operations
Set up, launch, and monitor acquisition outreach campaigns
Coordinate personalized owner-introduction content
Maintain clean targeting logic, company criteria, and segmented lists
Track performance and identify next steps for clients
Coordinate with other team members on processes
Quality & Detail Management
Ensure all messaging is accurate, on-brand, and owner-friendly
Review and refine lists before launch
Ability to make decisions without perfect information
Maintain DealBuff’s tone and standards in all communication
Troubleshoot issues with tooling
Deal Identification Support
Quickly flag interested business owners
Provide clients with clear summaries, context, and recommended next steps
Maintain visibility into owner signals and engagement patterns
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Able to confidently manage client engagements
Comfortable managing many small moving parts
Strong in written and verbal communication
Naturally proactive, reliable, and consistent
Calm under pressure and able to prioritize
Comfortable using software tools (CRMs, spreadsheets, automations, outreach platforms)
Interested in ETA, small business acquisitions, or private equity operations
Experience That Helps
Client success, operations, project coordination, consulting, marketing ops, or sales development support
Prior exposure to workflow automations, data systems, or outbound tools
Strong sense of judgment and confidentiality
Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-moving, growing business
