I’m a 36-year-old self-funded searcher seeking to collaborate on acquisition ideas and deal flow, with a focus on businesses in the $500k-$1M SDE range. Additionally, I’m open to finding strategic partners to help build a new private lending company, similar to the one I successfully sold.

A bit about my background: Two years ago, I sold a private lending firm that specialized in emerging equities financing markets. During my time leading the company, I successfully closed over 50 financing deals, totaling more than $800 million USD across Asian and Middle Eastern markets. I worked closely with brokers, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients associated with publicly traded companies, offering alternative financing solutions. I’m open to starting a new lending firm and bringing others into the industry, but it’s crucial that potential partners share my values of integrity, responsibility, and bring both emotional and financial maturity, along with relevant experience.

For strategic partners, I’m looking for 1-2 individuals with complementary skills, particularly in legal and financial areas. Trust and integrity are essential, especially given the proprietary knowledge and business methodologies that were developed. While financial growth is important, my priority is building sustainable business(es) on a foundation of strong values. I’m focused on creating long-term opportunities with people who believe in doing things the right way, with integrity and responsibility. I’ve had my share of experiences with people wanting to run up numbers on the scoreboard at any cost—that's not the direction I'm aiming to go.
