Acquisition of land

Hi everyone,

It's more of a real estate question, but I thought that some of you probably have some good idea regarding the acquisition of RV parks or any other land for commercial use, and can share some tips on sourcing the deals, multiples, etc.

I am specifically looking for something in Ontario, Canada.
