Does anyone have any experience with this organization or program?

It seems too good to be true. $25k on the front of the deal, $25k success fee on the back of a completed acquisition. They source the deal, complete diligence, negotiate, and find investors. The buyer gets 100% equity. They have completed 3 deals so far.
