On behalf of an established Asian strategic investor, I am seeking acquisition or investment opportunities involving European aerospace and defence manufacturers targeting OEMs with exposure to drones, UAVs, eVTOL platforms, or related applications, roughly in theredactedM'EUR EBITDA range. The preferred target would have capabilities in the mid- to high-volume production of composite components, although this is not a strict requirement. The investor is flexible regarding the transaction structure and would consider majority shareholdings, as well as a potential 100% acquisition. We are open to cooperating with search funders, industry executives, investors, and M&A advisers on deal origination, transaction execution, and deal-specific partnerships.
