Acquisition in Scotland

I am currently under exclusivity with a services business based in Glasgow. We are looking to hire lawyers to help advise on the SPA, but as I understand it is under Scottish law then vs. UK and Wales, which I am typically accustomed too. Do you know whether it would be an issue to draft this all under UK & Wales law despite the business being headquartered in Glasgow with 80% of revenue being generated there? Thanks!
