Acquisition financing options for Canadians acquiring business in the US

I am looking at debt financing options to fund a business acquisition in US to the tune of 30%-40% of the enterprise value. I was wondering if there are any suggestions on the potential lenders (both traditional and alternative).

Previously I owned a Securities Broker/Dealer in the US as a Canadian. From personal experience I found Bank of America very accommodating and upfront about what they could and could not do and what assurances and documentation proof they would need. I hope that encourages you.
