Acquisition Finance for E-Commerce Business in UK

Hi all,

I have a great opportunity to acquire an e-commerce business based in the UK.

Based on the domicile, I believe that it wouldn't qualify for SBA financing.

Does anyone here have experience with the Enterprise Finance Guarantee (EFG) in the UK, or are there any lenders on Searchfunder that are EFG accredited?

EFG aside, does anyone have experience with acquisition finance options for an American looking to buy a UK-based business?

I cannot comment on SBA as this was never an option for me. But for e-commerce, have you connected with Boopos ? Also accrueme might be an option if there is some level of turnover generated in the US.
