I’m looking at 2 small deals at the moment . 1 valuation about £1m , 1 about £350k, both have high profit margins and are cash generative
the businesses are b2c , and not much in the way of assets to finance, other than vehicles.
Can anyone suggest decent finance brokers or lenders who can help me
