Hi Everyone, I am looking to raise capital to acquire manufacturing companies in the $1M+ EBITDA range, in specific recession resistant niches. While I also have capital of my own, the SBA's geographic limitations for operations restrict my search when a lot of the deals I see are in the Midwest. Putting this out there as a "feeler" post to see if there is sufficient investor interest to move forward. My professional background: Engineer, worked 10 years in tech, held software engineering/security leadership roles in SF high-scale startups, large F500 companies, and a minor startup exit before all this. I also acquired a CA-based manufacturing company 2 years ago(self-funded, SBA) and have been successfully running it with my management team while modernizing the company and growing.
