Acquisition Closed!

As of December 26th, 2024 I have successfully closed my first (true) acquisition! A year later, multiple close calls and a ton of learning, but we made it through. Thanks to everyone that I've connected with and the Searchfunder platform for endless insight.

I will try to share some takeaways on here in the near future, and would be happy to connect with anyone that has questions about the process.

I will continue to search for add-on businesses in the following fields as we look to grow and expand our companies; NDT, instrumentation, testing, service/calibration, geo, equipment rentals, etc.
