Hi Devony, makes sense to grow inorganically and companies do all the time. It's not always straightforward because of the cultural differences between companies so synergies have to make sense to go through the trouble of merger. Best case scenario the acquisition is accretive and everybody is better off but sometimes the post merger integration can be so demanding and if not organized can take down the buying company - I'm assuming you're buying something to tuck into Farr mechanical.
