64 - How & When to Make Changes at Your Acquisition
The Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition Club at MIT hosted a virtual summit on March 11, and I moderated one of the panels.
It was about when and how to make changes at the business you acquire — always a challenge for acquisition entrepreneurs.
Today's episode is a rebroadcast of that panel, which was a lot of fun for me, largely because of how good the panelists were.
Just what you want as a moderator: transparent, engaged, lots of stories.
Those panelists were Trish Higgins, a familiar name to many of you, Kush Das, and Marcus Scott.
They introduced themselves at the top of the panel, so I'll skip that here.
But one more quick note about the summit. It was the sixth annual ETA@MIT Summit.
469 tickets sold, up from 162 two years ago. So that is a tripling of attendance in two years.
A testament, I'm sure, to the leadership of the club, but also to the growth of acquisition entrepreneurship at the most prestigious business schools in the country.
So pretty cool to see so much interest in ETA.
And with that, here's the panel.
