Acquiring Franchise

I had a franchise acquisition opportunity come across my desk the other day and while I had my initial reservations (dependency on franchisor, restrictions on marketing, inorganic growth opportunities, etc.) I'm quite intrigued by the numbers and historic growth/stability of the business. The business relates to home services and generates c.$1.2mm EBITDA.
