Acquiring Digital Marketing Agencies

Does anyone have experience with acquiring digital marketing agencies that run clients budget, handle their reputation online or do performance marketing of various types? (e.g. SEO/PPC/CPA/mobile/SSM) Their revenue seems very recurring to me (long term contracts with fixed rates of % of the budget), but I haven't heard about anyone buying them.
