Acquiring a turnaround HVAC company

Looking for suggestions of resources or information about acquiring turnaround companies. An HVAC company came up which I was originally not interested in, but the more I look at it the more opportunity I see. I have not been able to find too much information on turnarounds compared to companies that are already doing well.

I agree with ^Searchfunder member‌. There is absolutely no reason why an HVAC company shouldn't be knocking it out of the park right now. Probably bad management here. The question is how quickly you can recover taking over a turnaround. Biggest issue might be finding techs that can do the job.
