I’m looking for referrals to a healthcare transaction attorney and CPA with experience in: – Diagnostic / CLIA lab deals – SBA + seller-financing structures – Regulatory continuity (CLIA/CDPH) and payer contracts Also curious what red flags to watch for in post-COVID lab transitions — things like payer audit risk, reimbursement trends, staffing/licensing issues, or compliance pitfalls.
