I’ve acquired, operated and exited multiple businesses over the past 15 years. If you are interested in implementing an operating system and business rhythm into a new acquisition, send me an email at redacted or DM me here.

West Point grad, Finance MBA, have owned and exited companies ranging from hair salons to smoothie shops to craft manufacturing to aerospace machine shop. I have limited capacity to take on new clients this quarter.

^redacted‌ Happy to go into detail on a call. Short answer is that there are three stages of pre-acquisition coaching: Target Statement Sprint, Search + LOI Negotiation, Due Diligence Coaching. Typical cadence is weekly Zoom calls with homework, though it tends to be search/deal-specific.
Post-Acquisition coaching can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, including building a business plan and implementing a business "operating system".

Jeff might be helpful to go into a bit more detail - how you work (in person, virtual, both), how often you meet, what end result(s) should someone expect working with you and anything else that may be helpful for us to know. Thx
