Thanks Douglas - Acquio is more similar to ETA IQ, but with a more fulsome 3-statement acquisition model with chat native assumption and line item refinement to simplify understanding and updating models. Additionally, the ability to upload tax returns and extract adjusted financials helps bridge the first major hurdle of validating SDE during diligence. The CRM components are similar, but Acquio allows users to create multiple models (tax basis and P&L basis) for each deal which can be easily referenced and compared across deals in a users pipeline. Happy to chat more about it!

Great question. DealSage is strong for deal intelligence, CIM processing, and managing diligence at volume. Acquio sits earlier in my workflow - screen a deal in 60 seconds with just purchase price, revenue, and SDE, get a full 3-statement model with auto-configured assumptions based on industry comparables, loan construction / SBA financing based on deal size (and real estate), DSCR analysis, and DCF/LBO valuation to answer "does this deal actually pencil?" before spending time on deeper diligence. Build your pipeline in Acquio, kill the deals that don't hold water, and take the ones that survive into deeper diligence with DealSage or your own process. Different tools for different stages in my opinion.
