I have over 10 years of experience in executing financing transactions, including as an associate in the finance department of several Biglaw firms (among them, Skadden and Paul Hastings). My partner has over 10 years of investment banking experience on Wall Street, including most recently at a top-five bulge-bracket bank.
Together, our team provides comprehensive capital markets transaction advisory services by leveraging legal and financial expertise and an extensive network of capital providers. Our work covers the entire transaction process - from due diligence, underwriting and sourcing, through negotiation and structuring, to funding and closing – all on a success fee basis.
