Our fund is targeting successful companies operating in asset-intensive industries with a B2B customer base. We are interested in businesses with sales between $10 - $25 million and an EBITDA between $1.5 - $4 million. Once the acquisition process is completed, we will offer the selected candidate the opportunity to lead the company as CEO.
