About Me's to Send to Brokers/Sellers

I've heard of other sellers having good luck with "about me's"/narratives describing their background/opportunities they're looking for. Does anyone who has successfully used this strategy have some examples that they'd be willing to share? Do you tweak it based on the particular opportunity?
