In the event of a growth-centric acquisition, how would one go about integrating and unifying the dissimilar company culture of the acquired, into the acquirer? I am looking for some ideas other than the cliché of team-building exercises at a Bootcamp in the middle of nowhere (even though they could present promising results towards this unification). Excited to hear your creative ideas!

An operator with strong values that embeds in the new acquisition.

Culture is built on everything from showing up on time, how you answer the phone, to how you deal with HR issues.

This is what makes "search" a powerful option, led by the future operator.

Powerful William! So the power is in the details, which stems from a solid foundation of strong values?
