A concrete marketing example of agentic AI

I wanted to share a small example of an agentic AI workflow to illustrate how valuable AI can be in small ways, when paired with a meaningful insight.
This was lead gen for a contracting company.
Insight: ###-###-#### days after purchasing a home is one of the most likely times someone will remodel.
Workflow:
• The software searches popular real estate websites for a specific set of criteria:
⁃ XX mile radius from a zip code
⁃ Transaction window of###-###-#### days
⁃ sales price of $X-$X
• It then reads each listing and synthesizes key features, prioritizing phrases likely to lead to remodeling work (e.g. “unfinished basement”).
• A prewritten letter template is customized, featuring a paragraph talking about features of the home they just purchased.
• These letters go into a queue for manual editing/approval. Once approved they are printed and signed by hand.
• The software then analyzes each address and builds the most efficient delivery route.
• Each letter is enveloped, handwritten, “Welcome to the neighborhood”, then delivered to the door step of each home (not inside the mailbox).
Weekly effort: about 1 hour for 50 high-quality leads.
