Support in all three phases of your deal for the same price? A client suggested I put this new service together, but I think it's STUPID!redactedPhase 1 = Masterclass: Apparently, beginners need a proven roadmap for their DIY Search. But beginners never spend money, right? Obviously kicked this idea out! Phase 2 = Pre-LOI Program: Ten 1-on-1 hours with me to negotiate against 60-year-old sellers and brokers who are experts and will kick your butt. But searchers want to be rugged DIYers. Nobody wants help closing the biggest investment of their life. Kicked this one out too! Phase 3= #1 QoE for Deals Under $5 million: We find the most fraud. But obviously you want the cheapest solution for your biggest investment. Cheaper is Better. So I laughed this off - STUPID. Look, I've only helped 300+ searchers close deals. Saved 20-40% from FRAUD. What do I know? DO NOT EMAIL me about this. redacted And definitely don't check SmartSearcherProgram.com (it's a mock up site, so email is best, but DON'T DO IT). Total waste of time. Nobody would pay $2.5k to start a program like this.redacted
