I closed on a $1.2M revenue bookkeeping and tax firm December 31, 2021. Just wanted to share with the Searchfund community that was part of my education.

Brent - I'll write a longer post in January, but it's going pretty well. Monthly recurring revenue has increased 80%, team went from 12 to 21, did two more accounting acquisitions.
