Our firm is an independent sponsor with a healthcare focus. We are looking for a searcher to partner with us to acquire a very attractive healthcare business in a major metropolitan area of Texas. The business has $850k of EBITDA and is selling for 4.2x. Our executive team will help the searcher acquire and run the business. The searcher will need to move to the location of the business and personally guarantee SBA debt. The searcher can expect to keep ~60% of the common equity of the business but will only need to personally invest $25-50k, we'll take care of the rest.
