Vista Business Group is offering for sale a fixed income trading software company serving brokerdealers and institutional investors across the United States and Canada for more than 30 years. The Company develops and operates a subscription order management and market data aggregation platform that handles ticket writing and the reporting of those tickets to clearing firms and regulators, and consolidates the electronic trading and market data feeds a firm depends on into a single interface. The platform is licensed per user per month under signed agreements and is operated by two owners and two employees on a fully remote basis. Six firms signed during 2026 are onboarding now and are not yet fully reflected in the trailing twelve month financials. The two owners are approaching retirement and have begun the sale process.
