7 figure entreprenuer looking for a mentor

Hi all, I am a 27 year old entrepreneur working to build a multi state commercial facilities services business. I started the company at 24 and today we operate in Colorado and California with a little over $1M ARR. We continue to grow both organically and through small acquisitions, and my long term goal is to expand into 20 states over the next five years. As the business grows, I have realized how important it is to learn from people who have already walked this path. I am looking for a mentor, not a paid coach, who has experience scaling a service based company across multiple markets and ideally has experience buying or selling companies as well. Someone who enjoys helping younger founders and is open to sharing their wisdom. What you can expect from me is someone who is extremely coachable, willing to execute quickly, and genuinely hungry to do the work. I care a lot about this being a two way relationship. I want to contribute however I can, not just show up asking for advice. Whether that is being a sounding board, helping on projects, or simply being someone you enjoy spending time with, I am committed to making it mutually valuable. I am at a point where having the right mentor is not just helpful. It feels necessary for the next stage of growth.
