$50MM EV Consumer Pet Brand Acquisition

We have the chance to acquire a profitable consumer pet brand at less than 2x revenue for $50MM. ~25% recurring revenue.

Permanent equity hold, this will be my platform acquisition into the pet space for the next 25 years. Investors can exit on IPO or with a dividend recap, I want to achieve full control within 10 years.

$35MM Equity - Would prefer 1 lead investor and we can create an SPV for smaller $1MM checks
$10MM Debt
$5MM-$7.5MM Ex-founder & CEO equity rollover (moves to board position and mentors me as new CEO)
$10MM credit line for inventory and to expand to Asia

We can take the company to $50MM revenue and $7MM EBITDA within 5 years with current products, I want to launch longevity supplements, which I already have a manufacturer in Japan.

Hi Marc, valuation aside how are you thinking to add pet-focused longevity supplements onto your product line? I’m assuming the projected revenue and EBITDA have taken them into account. How well do the supps work now and is there long lead times to research/ manufacture.

We're also doing some exploration work in the pet space if you want to connect. Interesting mix of positive and challenging macro and micro trends working in concert with each other.
