$50k of investor allocation remaining in $1M deal

Hi all,

For any investors in self-funded searchers out there - I'm closing in on a deal and reserving allocation now.

Deal is a strategic roll-up of 2 growth marketing services + SaaS businesses.  Both sourced proprietary and under LOI with exclusivity.  $1.1M price for $750k revenue and $500k SDE with ~60% ebitda margins and a ~30% 3-yr CAGR. 

I've allocated $125k for investors of which about $75k has been filled, so there's about $50k remaining for interested investors out there. 

Note this deal is still PRE-DD, so I'm just reserving allocation for now pending the completion of diligence (all of this in non-binding).  After diligence, I'll have a call with each investor to answer any questions / confirm commitments.
