5 things we have done with Claude code and Gemini - saving us about $90K a year

1 Inbound Deal Screening: Gemini evaluates incoming CIMs against investment theses, while Claude drafts pass/pursue memos and updates the CRM. I rarely reed deal email anymore first pass. I have gemini route my emails to claude. 2 Rapid Modeling: Claude Code processes raw financial tables using local Python scripts to populate Excel templates and run sensitivity analyses automatically. it also sends em summary on whatsapp 3 Data Room Legal Analysis: Claude pre-screens NDAs and customer contracts, flagging non-standard terms and generating redlined Word documents. Cowork actuall uses my chromium for that 4 Target Sourcing & Intelligence: Claude's browser tools crawl directories and review sites to build structured lists of add-on targets enriched with key operational metrics. simple to use 5 Portfolio Financial Reconciliation: Claude cowork pulls monthly P&L statements, flags budget variances over 5%, and compiles consolidated portfolio management dashboard for us weekly. Nothing we do needs more people. 3 years ago we spent 89K on legal, consulting, due diligence contractors. All gone to $0 now. Dont need any of them.
